Friends of Big Bone Meeting- June

Join the members of Friends of Big Bone for our monthly meeting. We’ll go over news, current happenings, and future events.

If you aren’t a member yet, all are welcome to attend to discover who we are and what we do. Do you have skills and connections that you think would be helpful to us? Then we want you! Come find out how you can help out.

This month’s meeting will be held at Big Bone Gardens. The gardens are located on Rt. 338, across from Big Bone Lick State Historic Site. Some physical ability is required along with sturdy walking shoes. Parking is limited on-site but parking is allowed on Big Bone’s lot. The gardens are a short hike up the hill and across the highway.

This month’s meeting will be different from other meetings. We will go over news and events but we would like to use this time to relax and socialize with our members and soon-to-be members. Food and drinks will be available but we encourage you to bring something to share with the group. Come say hi and see the gardens, the lotus pond, and the reconstructed log cabin.
